A&A Medical Supplies, Inc. has a 15-day return policy.We ship out all the packages by Fedex. To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

Notify us first of your intent to return and item through e-mail. Be sure to include relevant information such as model number, Invoice # and reason for return. Our Returns Department will then contact you and provide you with a case #. Pack the item securely to prevent further damage to the product. Be sure to include the case # somewhere in or on your package. Send package back to the address provided. (**NOTE: All return shipments are self-funded and will not be reimbursed by the seller. Please make appropriate shipping method choices accordingly.)

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
